A spokesperson for the NYPD told Newsweek that the incident occurred on Thursday night at around 7:27 local time outside of the Yeshiva of Flatbush, 1609 Avenue J. NYPD officers received reports of criminal mischief (arson), the spokesperson said. The footage showed the semi-truck, which was transporting a concrete bridge beam, on the railroad when the cargo train drove into Collegedale, Tennessee, on Tuesday. Following the collision, the train flew off the railroad tracks, causing nearby roads to shut down, local police wrote in a Facebook post.
